Understandable. He knows they'll still vote for him regardless of any betrayal he exhibits towards them. Why not spend the money elsewhere we you might garner a few new voters? Saw an article recently where they are simply allowing houses in detroit to burn in order to get rid of them, as opposed to putting them out, i like that idea better for liberal section 8 housing.....
