Anyone? I looked at all contracts and saw 0 volume on each. Am I looking in the wrong place or what? These are Chicago and Denver housing market index futures.
Who trades them?...........Nobody. Many days have no trading volume. The open interest isn't being rolled forward and seems to keep dwindling with each expiration. Don't waste your time looking at them.
I feel disappointed with real estate futures. I remember hoping they would be actively traded and provide information about real estate values. I get more information by talking to my neighbor the real estate broker than I get from real estate futures price charts.
