Awww, you didn't like the video? Goes to show the sense of humor level you've got!

But cheer up, it's your turn to pick up the next would-be customer that comes in the door!

You asked me to provide evidence that they caught fire. Now I have to do the conclusions of the test for you, too?

Look, I stated that I don't want to buy a Volt. I said why - I don't want to catch on fire. I also don't want to shell out a single dollar to any car company that took tax dollars in a bailout. I'm not alone - a lot of folks feel the same way.

No matter how much you try, you're not going to convince me otherwise. So why not leave it at that?

Stop trying to sell me a car! :)

But we've got this factory installed undercoating (TrueCoat) that prevents any corrosion from road salts! You can't pass that up! Its only $750.00 more and it is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle! :D

  7. Sure it's funny, and hugely innaccurate. Sort of like propanganda used by governments. Doesn't really matter if it's true, just as long as it instills fear into people.
OK that's fine. You have the right to not buy one. But why the hatred. You want to get your panties in a wad over a few test vehicles catching on fire when a 250,000 gas powered cars catch fire every year in the real world.

  8. Of course there were. You didn't see the news? And after it was all said and done, the NHTSA concluded that Volt's pose no great risk of fire than any gas powered car. But at least the Volt gives you three weeks to get out of the car before it catches on fire.

  9. That video was pretty funny. I hadn't seen that before. The Badger ones are pretty funny too.

By the way, undercoating and paint sealant come from the factory already. No need to apply it anymore. I hate selling aftermarket stuff anyways.

  10. They have hate because their political alliances are a religion to them.
Hence remarks that they would never buy a GM vehicle, under any circumstances, which is just stupid.
