Checking on a firm

I just interviewed with Icap Direct (www.icapdirect.com)- seem like nice guys, good deals, but haven't heard much on the street about them. Anyone have any feedback on them?

Sounds like they are going from 2 offices to 8 offices. Commissions are very low.
