Please clarify do you want to get data adjusted for splits and dividends or data with no modifications?

  3. Just make it up, that's free. Then again if you want it to be accurate, there are multiple options:

    ESignal
Fidelity (get a free 30 day trail of Wealthlab pro and get the data that way)
    Tradestation (cheap for brokerage customers)
IB (free for customers, you can roll your own with the API or you can export via jtwsDump or IBCollector or Quotetracker)

and any number of other providers. Search ET for data provider, etc

Remember you often get what you pay for .. if your data is crappy and you design a system based on it you end up paying for it later in the market.

my understanding is that IB data do no adjust for dividend and splits. it is raw price data only.

is there a way to download dividend and split information separately to adjust price myself with IB?
