Budwid is a she, she was an Md and basically, what could it hurt as a prevention? Flax seed oil is now sought for the omega3's and even the World Health Organization is endorsing Omega3's and recommending 2 grams a day per person. You are not going to find that in your diet in America unless you seek it out btw, its just not there any more. Cottage cheese is good stuff imo, I always liked it.

    Edit:
OOps!! I found a reason to avoid the flax seed oil.

Who knows, maybe fish oil and the cottage cheese are good together

  2. I have no argument against cottage cheese (I eat it) or flax seed oil... but passing it off as a "cure"? No.

Well, it is certain that if it is a cure you will not avail yourself of it, no?? Or would you be sneaking some on the side just in case it might work :D

I read some info regarding Cesium Chloriide as a cancer cure. I thought, well its a naturally occuring mineral, some people have a lot of Cesium 133 in their food growing soil, maybe I should supplement it. I got 100mg supplements and within a few days I got quite attached to the stuff, it is like an addiction, when I am taking the morning supplements I always grab that one first, like my body discovered a long lost friend. I feel a tad better too.

We spend billions on medical research and you can't get a definitive set of health guidelines on a trace mineral..... that tells me a lot. I read that there are about 90 of them and essentially not much is known about the big majority of them.

I have a theory regarding heart attacks. How they occur is that the artery feeding blood to the heart muscle cracks and gets repaired with cholesterol and calcium and other stuff. Eventually the built up stuff from the repair breaks loose and blocks the blood supply to the heart.

What I am seeing is that if the crack in the arterial wall never occured there would never be a heart attack. Babies are just loaded with collagen and their entire bodies are flexible, no cracks in the arterial walls btw. What happens as we age is that our tissues get dryer over time. Addition of Hyaluronic acid to the diet reverses that process. Ive been taking it for years, my dry skin patch on my elbow is gone, now its nice and moist, some soft tissue issues I had are gone, bursitis and tears to be specific. Maybe my artery walls are soft and pliant again like a young persons?? People in the village of Yazuri Japan were found to have a lot of hyaluronic acid in their bodies due to their odd diet and they were living to be up to 121 years old, most were working their farms at ages above 80, and the 121 year old guy was getting around on his own and his mind was ok according to a researcher that visited the village and visited the old guy personally. Scientists have made a direct connection between the hyaluronic acid and the longevitiy of those farmers but I have never seen it broken down to the arterial pliancy level.

If we still cooked the heads of butchered animals like was done a hundred years ago we would have more collagen and hyaluronic acid in our diets and that may be part of the reason why people from past times were able to do so much physical labor and still live to old ages. They always were a wonder to me. I read accounts of what a worker was doing in those days, it would be impossible for most people I know to do it nowadays, not much has changed but the diet and exercise. Im thinking that the diet is a big factor.

  6. Maxpi, I'm a reader of Bill Sardi's site also. Do you know if the joints on chicken bones contain hyaluronic acid. Since I was a kid I've eaten the ends off the chicken bones. If there is any hyaluronic acid in the bones it wasn't enough for me, my joints are shot from years of construction and weight lifting and/or genetics. I've taken the hyaluronic acid for a several months and haven't noticed any improvement in my joints or skin.

  7. Researchers from the US Public Health Service examine the health of residents of Bartlett, Texas to see if the 8ppm fluoride in the drinking water was affecting their health. They find that the death rate in Bartlett was three times higher than a neighboring town which contained 0.4ppm fluoride.

Purity Products makes the HA from rooster combs. I started with a double dose and after 5 weeks morning knee stiffness was gone. Bill Sardi says that the requirement can vary with the individual, I upped the dose to 4 capsules a while back, seems about right. I was really HA deficient due to genetics, you may not be at all.

HA has to be taken in the morning, your body gets rid of the excess at night, if you take it late in the day it might actually increase morning knee stiffness.

I had a knee sprain for months recently. Nothing did much good, it was getting worse actually. Walking was nearly impossible. A few days ago I recalled that I had some OXYHGH growth hormone enhancer on the shelf so I started taking it mornings and evenings, I'm nearly 100% with the knee now. These so called enhancers actually have bovine growth hormone in them for the most part, pure magic for an old guy.

I like to use the HGH to mimic nature. A person would normally get a big spike upwards to the HGH level at night if they had a really good workout that day. I take my little workout, not enough most likely, to really spike the HGH level, then I take the enhancer about 9pm before I turn in. It makes a huge difference. I would not take HGH all the time, it can cause cancer to spread if taken in fairly large doses over an extended period.

The dairy product suggestion might be an excellent one, I think I'm going to switch to goat stuff here pretty soon.

Another suggestion for joints is to get some Gelatin powder from the local grocery store, I get Knox brand in little packets and take a packet a day, I've always done that when I was hurting, it seems to help with soft tissue damage, I started that the same day I started the HGH so maybe I really don't know which one is making the difference, maybe they work together really well. at this point I don't care much, if it works it works...
