Cheap Option Software

    I made my own a few years ago using Excel plugins from Montgomery Investment Technology.

    Fairly easy to do if you're familiar with Excel.

    Microhedge is what most of the floor and upstairs pros that I know at the CBOT use. It's a lot more flexible and sophisticated than OptionVue, but also a good bit more expensive.

    I don't like Microhedge. I have used it. I like Optionvue a lot better. I think that product is on the way out the door. It's very disappointing to see that product, which at one time was the class of the industry, really not evolve at all over the past 10 years. Oh well.
