A lot of people do, indeed, "need" the sort / range of data you desire. (But most definitely, not in a market-wide snapshot.) They open a brokerage account, and pay. Some pay the broker; some pay pass-through from the original data source. You are right to think (IMO) that your needs are not well met, because they are not mirrored so much via a broader market. "Supply & Demand" as they say....
