very enticing to chase these momo gap ups in IBM-CTXS-CLWR-JNPR ect.. however,as a trader we need to pick our entries strategically or else buying gap ups can lose you money faster than fast. buying a gap up is fine if its a reasonable price but these 4 and 5 point gaps can be dangerous. profits in these plays must be taken quickly.
Its much more fun to daytrade the gap ups. There's great volitility and room to make or lose plenty of $$$.
