It's a February chart ...

 

Quite correct.

Did you notice anything else about the date?

 

It's 22 years old. But maybe it's a reminder that history sometimes repeats itself.

 

I didn't pay enough attention ...

 

Someone was saying that 9 down days in a row down on the NAZ would be an all time record.

I posted that chart to show him otherwise....

He then admitted that the historical data he was using didn't go back that far....
