http://www.bondbuyer.com/ The Bond Buyer is one of the better, and industry standard publications, to read to see what's going on in the bond market. It usually has a lot of yield curve and spread charts.
Most of the sov debt agencies provide closing prices, as far as I know. For example, you can look on the DMO's page (www.dmo.gov.uk) to get official gilt closes.
