I've had great success by using technical analysis with option symbols...

Basically, using TA with above average volumed traded puts/calls... mainly the same month options. What's worked best is divergence and macd to find good plays.

It's also easy to find intraday support/resistance levels on them.

Is there anyone else out there that does this or has developed a system based on it?

Any other websites on there also?

Maybe most options traders are not using tech analysis and there is room for improvement? People said that was the case with commodities back in the 70's-80's. I think the best commodity traders today even probably are watching the actual industries that use the commodities rather than T/A but quien sabes?

There is a service that watches options volume and alerts people when a buyout or other significant event seems imminent BTW, you might be able to replicate that for yourself. It is so easy to program something to detect that kind of thing that subscribing to a service seems silly.
