I am trying to find a software package where you can trade directly off the charts, but literally draw stop lines directly on the chart, even after you have entered into a position. any thoughts?
BlueStreek, TradeProject can do that for you as long as you trading through IB. Please see in the attached chart that there is already a short position open with two contracts size. At the moment of the snapshot the position have been in the profit-area for 1 tick each, together 2 tick which makes 25 USD. Also you can see that there is one ES-order open. This is the stop-buy order at 1136.50. Order size is also 2 contract. You can now drag and drop this order of you click on the line and change the stop limit. You can also change the stop-buy order to a limit-buy order if you move the order below the current tick-price at 1133.50.
