    Hi,

I am looking for a charting software for using on the dax and cme futures. I would also like it to have a tape so I can easily see what orders have gone through and at what price.

I had a look at QCharts but I don't think can tape read the dax.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Cheers,

    SP.

    Hi,

I am using buttontraders tickchart but I would like something that actually prints out the tape, like the time and sales data in Qcharts.

Qcharts does not offer that for the DAX, that is what I am looking for.

    Thanks,

    SP.

  4. QuoteTracker together with a good datafeed. CME is available from various sources. DAX you can get from IB and eSignal as quote sources in QT.

Software is free (with ads) or registered without ads for $5 per month (if annual subscription)

    Hi,

Well I played around with Quote tracker from medved, and wasn't very impressed. The charts aren't professional, they are basically just images pulled of a website and not built in real time by the software. Looks like something they put in justt to say they have charts.

But I did find what I was looking for. NeoTicker with IQfeed.

You don't have to use IQFeed and can rely on the IB Data but that does not give you any historical charts just data that is pulled of real time of the IB Feed.

IQfeed on the other hand gives you some historical data and you get 50 dollars of the startup fee if you use neoticker.

    Cheers,

Maybe you should ask a question instead of posting observations as if they are facts. You obviously were not looking at the right place. The HISTORICAL charts are images pulled from Prophet. The INTRADAY Charts are built on the fly and are real-time, updated as the quotes come in. And the intraday charts have tons of options including zooming, tech indicators, fibonacci retracements, trend line alerts, TICK Charts, etc, etc.

And, you can use IQFeed in QuoteTracker as well, and the price for QuoteTracker users is the lowest IQFeed offers - no setup fee, $20/month base fee:
