Hello. In order to improve my trading, I have decided to start this journal. Possible convergence on 2hr chart for NZDUSD. Currently at .6807/11. Limit order placed to BUY NZDUSD at .6808. STOP LOSS at .6788.

 

Long NZDUSD at .6808.

Convergence on the 2 hr GBPUSD chart. Currently at 1.7435/40. Limit order placed to BUY GBPUSD at 1.7420. STOP LOSS at 1.7390.

 

Stop loss hit at .6788. 20 pip loss.

 

1.1585 USDCAD is 50% retracement of the fall from 1.1798 to 1.1371. Currently at 1.1535/40. Limit order placed to SELL USDCAD at 1.1584. STOP LOSS at 1.1599.

 

Long GBPUSD at 1.7420.

 

Stop loss hit at 1.7390. 30 pip loss.

USDCAD went as high as 1.1563 today. I am still expecting a test of 1.1585. Trendline support on the hourly chart is currently at 1.1462. While 50% and 61.8% retracement of the move from 1.1371 to 1.1563 is at 1.1467 and 1.1445, respectively. USDCAD currently trading at 1.1502/07. Limit order placed to BUY USDCAD at 1.1475. STOP LOSS at 1.1440.

 

Trendline resistance in EURUSD was tested today in the Asian market and held. EURUSD currently at 1.1970/73. Limit order placed to SELL EURUSD at 1.1980. STOP LOSS at 1.1998.

 

Short EURUSD at 1.1980.

 

Long USDCAD at 1.1475.

 

Stop loss hit at 1.1440 USDCAD. 35 pip loss.
Stop loss hit at 1.1998 EURUSD. 18 pip loss.
