    I went to family giving tree to volunteer some work.
    it was a giant warehouse and running around to pack Xmas wish list. ...

    it's tiring, but interesting.

    and psychologically, it helps my mind to stay appreciated every little move of the price. it's amazing that couple dollars can make a big difference.

    BTW, short LVS/MGM/ASIA/DECK/GMCR as you have a chance.

  2. Kudos to you.

    I think that is one of the most valuable gifts anybody can give to someone else (or a charitable cause) - your time. Because no matter what anybody does in return, they can never give it back to you.

    To paraphrase Oscar Wilde, you don't want to be someone who "knows the price of everything, and the value of nothing."

  3. do you give year round or just 1-2 days?

    Good question;
    generally weekly, sometimes more. I like Operation Christmas Child [O.C.C] also.

    I like what Bill Gates of MSFT did;
    MSFT, & gives more, not that I am Bill gates..........................:D

  5. OCC is a wonderful charity.
