Jack Hershey: i guess you meant up trend and down trend by saying a long and a short. If i am wrong, please let me know. Based on what i read, a up trend is a move with higher highs and higher lows;a down trend is a move with lower highs and lower lows. Would you please share the link where i can find the documents about your methodology so that I can learn about trends and channels.... systematically? Using search, i can only find posts on trends, channels, Modrian Table. Thank you very much for your time and kind help.
Huyang, herewith I send you on a journey.... www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=203194&highlight=Documents "Where is the forest!? I can't find it with all the trees around me!" Later you can come back to the modrian tables. P.S. What is wrong with the stuff that dbphoenix tried to teach you? Did you master it already?
Frenchfry: Thank you very much for your kind help providing the link. i find great value in the material DB has recommended to me and it will take a long time to master it. The purpose of learning is to understand markets. I believe both the material DB recommended to me and Jack Hershey's documents will be valuable in terms of this purpose. I downloaded the first document building minds for building wealth but the link for Channels for Building Wealth ... JH doesnot work: http://www.filedropper.com/channelsforbwv22 May you please help to share another way to find the 2nd document Channels....? thank you.
Frenchfry: I got the 2nd docu's part 1 channels for buidling wealth but part2 has a problem when being extracted, while .rar was gotten in the link http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showt...4&perpage=6&highlight=documents&pagenumber=20 Please let me know if you know another link for part 2 of 2nd document. Thank you.
Sorry I don't know it from the top of my head. It should be available multiple times here on ET. If you can't find it then search via google and you will find other locations.
Here is a Channel of the NYSE. My question is are we going to have a VE OR retrace to the right trend line. I recall JH saying something regarding a H and S. Would this be the H of the H and S?
