Has anyone heard anything about changing the NX rule so nobody will be able to use NX in stocks that have a spread of more than .005 I heard that it is going to start in May. I really hope that this is incorrect info.

That's why if you can't use NX on any stock that has a spread of more than 5 cents , we might all be in big trouble

Sorry I meant to say .05 cents

  6. I think its if the last print is a 5 cents away from NY's bbo, the NX is turned off. What I heard is that, it is turned off so that people don't have to pay the spread because most likely the spread will big when the last print is 5 cents away. It's to protect the kiddies.
