If you’re able to cure anxiety through lots of years of studying the chart that’s awesome. I think that happens for some traders. For some, they just keep doing the same bad behaviors over and over again and eventually just lose their money.

But for someone to be aware that they have anxiety, and that it’s a problem, and it’s getting in their way is really the first important step, in my mind. Then, the question is how to lower or release it.

Shel Silverstein quotes Showing 1-30 of 183
“Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.”

“How many slams in an old screen door? Depends how loud you shut it. How many slices in a bread? Depends how thin you cut it. How much good inside a day? Depends how good you live 'em. How much love inside a friend? Depends how much you give 'em.”

    “There are no happy endings.
    Endings are the saddest part,
So just give me a happy middle
    And a very happy start.”

“If you are a dreamer come in
If you are a dreamer a wisher a liar
    A hoper a pray-er a magic-bean-buyer
If youre a pretender com sit by my fire
For we have some flax golden tales to spin
    Come in!
    Come in!”

    Keep it simple.
It’s easier to remove than to add.
Don’t patch what’s broken, remove and simplify.
By adding, you increase complexity, fragility and bugs.

    To innovate is to simplify.
    Reduce complexity.

    KISS via Negativa.

Fools despise corrections-Proverbs helps. DR Van Tharp's books can help; even though I would not take his ''' Daytrade Your Way To Financial Freedom'' , unless you are the rare one to make money off daytrading………………………………………………………………………………………………………………...
