Go to the QCharts Yahoo! group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/qcharts/ join, and in the files section, you'll find the Basic Connectivity Guide. There are some extremely useful tools such as the QFeed Application Interface that members have contributed for free. These are indispensible and will help you manage these tasks effortlessly. Having said that Cntl-Alt-N will do the server change once you are in QCharts. However, depending on what servers you have selected in your Continuum Client startup, this may or may not help. Hence, the Connectivity Guide plus the freebie apps. I've been using QCharts/QFeed for over three years now to feed TS2000i, and using these tools I *almost never* have problems.
