Challenge of Weekly Profit trading Futures

Unfortunately not .
I am going back live after labor day.

However the system is 100% mechanical so the live results are very similar and i had similar results in the past.

 

RDK91 won last week did over $6k

I did $2400

 

Lets not focus on winning but just making money...then we all win..

Here is today update. -$720. Per my rules, after two consecutive losses in a day. I am done trading for the day. No direction on CL today for me. Back to it tommoorw. Happy Trading Everyone

 

Doesn't matter if live account, just trade.

 

CL is just so choppy and wild for me to trade with same "system" I use for ES ot NQ. Have you thought about sim testing your approach on those rather than CL. The swings on CL can be so wild that 2 stop outs can be painful. I know it is attractive with its high value per tick per margin but just a thought...

You are right, the CL can be a bit wild at times and erratic behavior some days.

I have seriously thought of moving over to NQ for trading intraday swings. I will be testing my strategy on NQ starting in a few days. I am very interested in the results.

 

Only 1 trade earlier today, 340$ profit before commission.
