CFD Trading on Tradingview

Hello,
is it possible to trade IB´s CFDs on Tradingview? Stock trading works but i didn´t find any cfd symbols on Tradingview for IB. The only cfd symbols i see are for the broker Capitalcom. I know that Sierrachart offers CFD Trading on IB accounts, but Tradingview?

 

As far as I know, this cannot be done because IB CFDs cannot be found on TradingView.

 

What is the advantage of trading CFD's? as opposed to underlying equities.

 

Shorting strategies are much easier to implement because you haven´t to borrow the stock first. You can trade on leverage and must not invest the full amount to buy the stock. In Europe you have to deposit a margin of 20%.
