No question! Even Ocommunist knows this. After all, he sent $890,000 of STIMULUS $$$$ to Africa for a "genital washing study." Apparently, blacks aren't very good at cleaning their junk after sex. Appalled OUR stimulus money was spent on this!
Perhaps we could correlate STI's (this is the new acronym, replaces STD) to unemployement rate or incarceration rate.
