CBOT shares to be delisted at close of trade Thu Jul 12, 2007 6:01 PM BST ANCHORAGE, Alaska, July 12 (Reuters) - CBOT Holdings (BOT.N: Quote, Profile , Research), whose shareholders voted on Monday to merge with Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (CME.N: Quote, Profile , Research), said its shares would be delisted at the close of trading on Thursday. CME's purchase of the parent of the 159-year-old Chicago Board of Trade, the number two U.S. futures exchange, will be completed on Thursday, CBOT said. The combined entity will be known as CME Group Inc., a CME/Chicago Board of Trade Company. (Reporting by Ros Krasny)
