Question on the CBOT settlement values @ http://www.cbot.com/cbot/pub/page/0,3181,862,00.html Pretty clear that the settlement price is taken at 7:15 CST (or thereabouts?) What time is the open price taken at - I dont see that on the web site is it 9:30AM EST (ie start of the trading day on the east coast?)
