Since the start of the year, CBOE has posted job listings on its website seeking a chief compliance officer, a deputy chief regulatory officer and a chief examiner plus two other examiners, all of whom have compliance responsibilities. In the prior five months, it only sought two lower-level examiners. This is nothing more than a dog and pony show to appease the Fed's. They don't want to change the game and level the field while they are winning. Don't ever let the little guy out from his debt bondage. Keep them fat, dumb, happy and broke. Compliance Officers are nothing more than shills.
