Cautionary notice from IB?

    Few days ago, I received email from IB:

    "... cautionary notice to IB clients who have elected to share confidential information such as an account number, User ID and/or password with third parties engaged in providing aggregation services. These services, offered by various banks, credit unions, and investment management companies, gather your personal account information (e.g., credit card, brokerage, and banking data) from the websites you’ve designated and present that information in a consolidated format. These services may also include bill payment and may involve the disclosure of your security information to additional service providers acting in a processing capacity………”

    Now, I am not sure, if this is a warning that somebody had actually tried to access my account. Or is it just a mass mail-out sent to all clients?
    Has anybody else received this?
