I had to come up with a number. I wanted to capture all child rearing, but then the dinosaurs apparently did some of that. Then there was the question of including all mammals, or only primates. And so on.
This situation seems very complex to me. From watching the video and the context in which we are in of police that seem more militant than partners in community policing, it would be easy to jump to conclusions. Let the facts come out. Here are my facts: 1) You charge a police officer, you are risking your life. 2) We should try to make the policeman's life as easy as possible. They are there because someone called them to do their job, and if their job calls for force, the situation is already broken and mistakes will be made by both sides. 3) There should probably be high school education on how to handle yourself in a police confrontation. At least, parents should educate their children. 4) The police, imo, has become too militarized. They should be partners in safety and preferably only enforcers as a last result. There is a big difference between war and police, and some of those guys never made the transition For example, one of the things I was taught is that when a police officer needs to confront you for any reason, you should always make then feel comfortable by always having your hands in their sight. So for example if you get stopped in a traffic situation, put both your hands on the steering wheel. Etc...
this is your take-away from an admittedly "complex situation", this is it?? profound, insightful! you sir are genius capable of deep thought! lol ridiculous

I remember a run in with the cops once at my local park..they had us all lined up against the fence. It was like 12 of us. We whispered to each other to meet at our friends house on the count of 3..it was all over in 3 sec...lol.
