  1. Ooh, like this theme...

Regarding the migraines, are you sure you've tested/eliminated all the potential causes?

Do you smoke or use recreational drugs?

How about prescription drugs? Could it be a side-effect from these drugs? How about BC pills?

Have you had your hormone levels checked? Are your important organs functioning 100% - liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen?

Weeds, grasses, trees, and pollens? Does it get worse in spring and fall vs. summer and winter?

Do eat/drink using plastic containers? Have you tried using non-plastic containers?

Have you tested to see if you have nutritional deficiencies? Especially D3, A, B12, K, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Manganese, Selenium, and Zinc?

Are you eating too much/too little?

Drinking enough filtered water? Or too much bottled or tap water?

Are you eating/drinking too much carbs and not enough protein or beneficial fats? Especially high-fructose corn syrup and the chemical sugars in diet sodas?

Have you tested to see if you suffer from heavy metal poisoning?

Have you tried adding/eliminating foods, drinks, hygiene products, household chemicals to see if the symptoms increase/decrease? Gluten? Dairy? Processed foods? Tap water? Your hair coloring/styling products? Deodorant/soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotions/dishwashing soap/laundry detergent/dryer sheets? Pillows/comforters/blankets/sheets/mattresses? Certain fabrics like cotton, silk, polyester, rayon, and other petroleum-based fabrics

There are a whole host of environmental factors that could be causing your issues? Or combining to cause the issues.

Have you been examined by an osteopath/chiropractor for spinal health and alignment? Especially your cervical vertebrae?

Were you in a jarring accident 6-12 months prior to the first symptoms? Did you suffer whiplash or whole body trauma w/o seeking treatment at the time?

Do you exercise? Do the symptoms get better or worse if you walked 30 min a day?

Does sunlight exposure make the symptoms better or worse?

Just a lot of possible causes/contributors you need to test in order to improve your condition. It'll be a lot of work just to figure it out whether the cause(s) are environmental.

fwiw - my younger brother had terrible migranes until a podiatrist fixed his feet walking with inner soles. Whenever he forgets them (eg; if traveling) within a week the migranes are back.

  9. But when you do post you do incredble work. Don't be sorry for that.

I hope those migranes get better. Saw something in the news just today about a new prospect that is going to hopefully be on market one day.

For those who suffer from migraines, you know that they can often be debilitating. A day with a migraine is one spent hoarded up in a room, shades drawn, eyes shut tight, wishing for sleep to provide relief from the pain. Two new drug studies are changing the way that a medicine looks at treating migraines. Rather than working to stop the migraine once it has started, these drugs are aimed at preventing the migraine from occurring in the first place. Although both drugs need more studies conducted before their effectiveness can be confirmed, so far the results look promising.

The two drug studies were released Tuesday at the American Academy of Neurology’s 66th Annual Meeting, taking place in Philadelphia from April 26 to May 3. According to the press release, both drugs involve the use of a calcitonin gene-related peptide, or CGRP. This was previously thought to be useful in treating migraines but was never before used in medication.
