    I don't have migraines.

First things first, I'm guessing you have already seen a medical practitioner of some sort.

Describe the migraine in detail. Prepare it and have it available to provide during your health history and physical examination.

    Describe the pain.
-Rate it on a scale of 1-10. Is the pain always the same rating?
-Do you experience pain that is sharp, dull, aching, shooting, stabbing, radiating, heavy, tearing?
-Specifically, where does it feel the discomfort is located at?
-How long is the duration of the episode and how long is the duration of differing pain characteristics?

Does anything else occur during these episodes?
-Any loss of vision or blurry vision in one or both eyes?
-Any tearing of the eyes, runny nose, stuffy nose?
    -Loss of balance and/or coordination?
-Have you been checking blood pressure and heart rate regularly even when feeling fine? Keep a record of this.
-Is your jaw and/or mouth feeling tired, strained, or sore, especially upon awakening?

Can you recall anything you may be getting exposed to?
-Try to keep a record of your diet. It could be as simple as a food allergy reaction, although not as usual.

Ask yourself, could these migraine exacerbations be attributed due to:
    -time spent on the computer
    -physical or mental exhaustion
    -interrupted sleep cycle.
    -relationship discord
    -financial distress
    -tests, exams

Basically looking for any type of stressor that you could possibly be having a reaction to. This trigger can be emotional or physical. Remember, it can be tricky when trying to locate the stressor that you are probably trying to internalize.

So now you have your list of symptoms and possible stressors or causes. The clinician should be able to obtain additional symptoms over the course of your treatment. Now it is up to the practitioner to find some objective signs. Who are you going to see regarding your problem? They will attempt to find clues to the puzzle with blood labs, xray, and MRI. In some cares, maybe even an ultrasound.
These tests may not be performed after your initial visit, but they will eventually be performed if you continue to be symptomatic.

The inevitable first line will be a general practitioner/family doctor/mid-level doctor. Your purpose here will be to get past the family medicine clinician and obtain referral and/or consults from specialists. What kind of specialist?
Neurologist, ENT(otolaryngologist), allergist or rheumatologist, ophthalmologist, and maybe even perhaps a psychiatrist.

Personally, given the wide spectrum of specialized care that may be necessary, I'd head for a large academic hospital. An academic facility often is more open to consulting a much larger number of professionals. They may even be the only access to such specialists and the procedures deemed necessary. It is much easier to have procedures performed at your "home" facility, then to have to obtain another referral and transfer to another facility. It may save you a large sum financially as well.

I have to leave but I will check the post soon.

Yes I have mentioned my migraines a few times, asking for advice or any personal advice and opinions. I am at wits end with the pain that I have been having. It's also extremely frustrating to try to find any good medical help with no health insurance. It blows actually. Very very frustrating. I'm sorry if the topic is interrupting the thread. I will start a new thread or I can just talk to whoever wants to chime in via pm. I have already received some great advice and ideas. Thank you all who have contacted me. I'm having a very hard time dealing with the physical pain as well as psychological. I feel like they are ruining my life at times!! I am almost completely out of both my jobs and even close to losing my home and vehicle. It's getting very serious for me, and I have always received great feedback and advice on here. Again, I will start a new thread if desired so as to not interrupt this one. Thanks to all who have been in contact with me. I will reply when I am able to. (I can't spend much time looking at a computer screen lately)

I always try to keep up with my personal thread on Tumblr:

I have also been trying to finish a theme on my Uncensored site I started a while back, but haven't been keeping up with as well, but feel free to check it out in between my posts:
