Sorry Cass, I searched high and low for pages explaining how to post a pic rather than just a link, but couldn't find them. Someday I'll learn. I know there is an athletic theme coming, but when I saw this on the Crossfit main page a few months ago, it really got my attention. Happy Birthday, and thank you for the best thread on ET.
