I am not so sure if that is a new version. I think I have seen the Illusion design before with the LED fans clearly visible in the front. It may be a split in the product line?
I think this silverstone case, even though it's $250 bucks, it warrants some investigation. What an interesting way to mount a motherboard. I've never seen anything like it.
And with the board mounted: To run 14 monitors, I'd have to get 10 mini-displayport extension cables, to run them over the top to the back of the case before connecting the DVI adapters. But to have something this fancy as a case, it could be worth it. Extension cables are cheap: http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=102&cp_id=10246&cs_id=1024602&p_id=5501&seq=1&format=2 And Newegg carries it: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163201
Apparently it's won some awards for product design. http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=242
http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1429251&page=185 185 pages of discussion of the Silverstone FT02. Lot of nice pictures of modified versions of the case, with different fans, different configurations of the fans, and some wicked watercooler setups. I saw some heatsinks that look pretty cool for air cooling, have no idea what model they were or where to get them. This Frio is looking dwarfed compared to some of their heatsinks.
With this much air flow, the Silverstone FT02 looks like it might make my water cooler work after all. Or maybe I'll get one of the Phanteks coolers instead of the Thermaltake Frio, the Phanteks models look massive. I ordered the Silverstone FT02 case, found it with a side window, usb 3.0 version, in black for $266 shipped. Thanks for the help!
Looks like a popular one is the Noctua brand heatsink. Made in Austria, looks pretty cool. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018
Well, I ordered the biggest heatsink you can buy pretty much. The Thermalright HR-22. Hope it fits on my motherboard ok.
I had to get the small Accell HDMI active adapters, the mini displayport to DVI didn't fit with the Silverstone case top on, and the extension cables from monoprice didn't work. The video card did not detect the monitors when attached through active adapters on the end of the extension cables. I got the case with a window, and lighted it with a 2 meter strand of blue LED lights for $15. Looks pretty nice under my desk now.
