    Hi,

If you are trading - or thinking about it - via TST or OneUP, you might want to read this case where TST is mainly accusing OneUp of copyright infringement, fraud and unjust enrichment, therefore asking for a shutdown:

"the relief the company seeks is the complete shutdown of OneUp Trader's business — a serious harm indeed should the Court grant the request — TopstepTrader must adduce something more than speculation about the injuries that it has suffered, continues to suffer, or is likely to suffer because of OneUp Trader."

Even if the Court doesn't seem to entirely agree, for now (!), with the Plaintiffs, there are sufficient elements in there to be concerned about the future.

There are other interesting mentions, such as :

"TopstepTrader is an Illinois-based company that operates a website platform that trains its users to trade via simulations and then (if they are successful in training) allows them to trade in the market using TopstepTrader's capital",
    Not distinct real funders so.

    Here are the decisions :

I don't really know what to think about it right now though, but I'd be careful.
