I didn't say it was no big deal. I said that Trump isn't a criminal just because there were two settlements in criminal cases. You can say what he did is criminal, but if the law doesn't call it criminal, then it is just your opinion. I believe it should be criminal to close schools on kids and isolate them at home. Unfortunately there is no law against such action. So its not criminal.

There is no law, hence it is not criminal. That's why I can think that way, but it doesn't matter what I think. If what Trump did was illegal, a crime would be charged against Trump and Trump would be indicted. It was a civil settlement. This isn't the same thing. This is why you can think this way but it doesn't matter what you think.
