I work out for 45 minutes and then come back to my trading desk, check on things and take a 45 minute lunch I put a stop loss in all my naked positions and most of my trades are openings, MOC and pairs, so I really dont do much intraday around lunch If Im in front my p.c I over trade and it kills me.
Just because the market making is done by bot doesnt mean there is a steady stream of orders coming in throughout the day....the mm bots need other timeframe participants on the other side of their trades....otherwise they lurk....
