Capitulation

Today? DOW down 300-400 should indicate capitulation has occurred.

 

Right, like all those -300 and -400 days in Oct/Nov 2008 indicated. Can't go wrong.

 

Intraday market hit -370 which is close enough to 400 for me..rallied 100 since then.
