No offense.. but whoever said thats what the mkt is waiting for? Most of these analysts on CNBC can't call the mkt to begin with. If you really think its that easy.. to buy only when the mkt goes down X number of points, you will never make money. The analysts for the most part are sheep. Show me some TA to justify, then maybe your comments have some creed.
Why are you worried about going long? Why don't you just enjoy the obvious short move we keep getting?
My worry is that with or w/out capitulation, John Q public will tire and the liquidity, volatility will dry up and will leave all of us yanking each other for a few pennies. So pretty much what Sarasota said.
