Capital One in serious trouble?

This company needs to tank and cease to exist whether if one decides to short this sucker or not.

 

Not possible, they have pirates in their commercials.

 

COF has held up very well as most consumer banks and credit card companies.

 

And Vikings.

 

Then it's settled, they just cannot be in trouble if they employ both pirates AND vikings in their ads.

Why's that? I think they're one of the fairest CC companies (which, to some people, may not be saying much....but still...) -- e.g., they don't charge their customers several % extra for foreign transactions the way most others do.

 

Does anyone know if COF is on the DO NOT SHORT list? IB does not have shares available to short.
