Capital Down

  1. All,

I am seeking advice on leverage and how to go about forming an account/collaboration with a counterparty to achieve the below.

Here is what I am looking to provide and what I am seeking in return:

-25K down, although this is flexible-
with the 25k I provdie down I am looking for about 100K of additional buying power in a portfolio margined account. The account total capital would be 125k.

I am interested in feedback on what would be anticipated for the additional leverage/capital provided. What firms or people would be most interested in a situation like this?

I would anticipate an adequate return on an annualized basis paid to the leverage provider/investor and expect that this would be negotiable- I'd expect an investor/leverage provider to require a more than adequate return on their capital provided to me, with the losses be be accepted/eaten by my upfront capital- gains provided to both sides on an agreed upon upfront basis.

Thoughts, opinions and direction are greatly appreciated.
