It changes day by day. Great thing about Cybertrader...I don't know if it's the case with other brokers....but the amount of stock that is available to borrow is listed over the name of the stock in the trade console...and is updated on the fly. Usually the more liquid names have 50,000 shares available and less liquid stocks 10,000. You can also request more if you want.
