Can't install TWS

I got a new computer and tried to install the latest TWS. But aftere installing the program and I click the TWS icon it said there isn't the javaw.exe. I check the directory there isn't such file. What is the problem?

 

You need to install Java as well.

 

I got java in the computer.

 

Uninstall TWS and JAVA. Restart the computer. Install the latest version of java (java 1st) and TWS that you download from the Internet. Also, make sure you downloaded the correct versions for your operating system.

 

This will resolve your TWS/Jave issue...
