Can't export workspaces in IB TWS

    For some reason I can't export my workspaces from the TWS (Bulid 858.6). When I try to save the workspace to any directory on my harddrive nothing happens, i.e. no file shows up. There is no error message either.

    A month or so ago exporting still worked, so maybe it has something to do with this version?

    Does exporting work in your newest versions or has anyone experienced this problem before? I would appreciate any help on this.

    You could try deleting the JTS folder and downloading an reinstalling TWS. You may want to backup your JTS folder before deleting it.

    You will have to reconfigure hotkeys, etc. if you take this route, but you can easily go back to your old configuration if you save the backup.
