lol 45mins before FED, maybe its just me. I login all the fields are ?s and there is no menu across the top. Anyone else having this problem? My internet is working.
mine has been down for more than an hour. i doubt it will come back before 2:15. for those who have big trades open, good luck to you.
just got off the phone, its a known issue (although it doesn't show on their system status); symptom: You can login but all positions are ?? and there is no menu bar. Solution: when you start TWS, choose a different directory instead of the default c:\jts, then it will work but you wont have your layouts. They said they should have it fixed by tommorow. I have multiple accounts with them and only 1 was doing it, so its something on their end. I also have accounts with other brokers now.
ver 877.8. should i upgrade to the latest ? i was having yesterday, and i downgraded from the latest to 877.8.
no prob. hopefully they have it fixed soon. They guy on the phone said by tommorow(?) but at least it works.
