Cannot log onto TWS (work PC)

    1) I disabled the firewall.

    2) I can log onto WebTrader.

    3) the "Settings Directory" is set to the desktop (should it be on a specific folder?)

    When I try to sign on, TWS attempts to login but after X number of tries it clearly can't. If I try the "run as an applet" option an "Error - Cache" box appears. It reads:

    sun.plugin.cache.JarCacheVersionException: Number of attributes specified in 'cache_archive' doesn't match those in 'cache_version'

    Thanks. I'll take a look at that this weekend. I'll also install Firefox and try it.
