Cannot log into Qcharts

Anyone else having this problem? It was running fine today...I needed to restart my computer for other reasons and now I can't get back into Qcharts.

 

please send me your username. We are in the middle of converting accounts into a new system and so far have seen very few problems.

We owe you thanks for reporting the issue so quickly. The previous batches of account migration were seamless. Based on your reported issue, we discovered a problem in the large batch of users converted earlier today. Took us a few hours to isolate and resolve tonite but much better tonite than tomorrow morning.
