Not carpet, computer screen enlarged lol.

white line is 10 EMA, don’t recall the time frame, it’s AAPL chart.
So at what point is the real body if the candle to tall to qualify as a Doji?

Talking not about position of the real body, more the length . Note in your illustration from investopedia it is flat. The one I posted had some small amount of length in it. So at what point is the real body too long (length not width) to be considered a Doji?

Your stats will be the final arbiter.
That in mind, my rule of thumb is for a doji or a hammer, there's gotta be at least 200% wick per body. Position in relation to support and resistance is to be considered too imho.
Hammer Criteria*: Wick at least 2 x Candlebody.
You could set up a gizmo that can be used to measure the close ones. You can see mine here in the minimized middle image on the far right hammer at support.

From the image above, Whether or not it meets the 200% criteria I don't know but that 4:42 doji could be a contender because it is above that 200 line as part of a nice morning star doji setup that closes above the 50 and the green candle closes above the red candle. ymmv. Do your stats.

Here's a pretty good rundown and the website it came from.

Considering the carpet that you posted: for the doji / hammer whatever we want to call it, for a long trade I'd want to see a close above that red moving average line before I threw any money at it. Additionally, if that white line is a 10 ema I'll eat my hat. You real sure about that? The moving average Below the candle of interest?

If it's not too much trouble, throw an 8ema on there and use the T-Line rule... as an exit.
Charts posted without the x-axis time at the bottom are kind ugly, like Hillary at 4:00 AM.
anyhoo... (That really a 10ema you thought it was? Enquiring minds want to know.)
Good one to start keeping your stats on if you're serious about this game.

What you guys focus more on, a wick with 2 time of the length of the body or a body itself?
