I am unsure I am able to calculate or estimate the percentage of posts Ayn Rand has made that I agree with. Instead, I am always willing to evaluate any individual post you'd like me to review to see whether I agree with it or not. I will never not answer you truthfully as to how I feel about anyone's post if you ask. But I don't follow this user to be able to give you an estimation without spending time going back reading all his/her posts. But I believe Candace Owens is not a racist or Hitler Apologist, etc. She's just someone that really pissed off the left, because she is a black woman who won't fall in line. That is my opinion on her.
I can respect that. I may or may not take you up on that in the future. I can say with certainty, very quickly and easily, who here, among the frequent political posters, I tend to agree with, and tend not to agree with. Figured you had that same ability. I'll probably have a comment on this later today.
Ayn Rand is a conservative poster, so it follows that I would tend to agree with him/her. I just don't want that to serve as a "you support everything Rand says!" type of argument. But it is an open invitation, I'll always tell you what I feel on something if you ask me. I'll even give you a honest view into my thoughts without snark or sarcasm if you do it in a likewise manner. Sometimes I think, while it is fun to occasionally get into it over disagreements, it detracts from the point of debating - which is to find common ground more often than it is to convince the other person to change their mind (which, lets face it, NEVER happens in today's online world).
how is candace owens a racist? she is black. the blacks dont like her because she speaks intelligently, doesnt make excuses for the irresponsible black culture, and fully supports personal responsibility. the left is afraid of her because she calls them out for using blacks and continually holding them down. the left basically tells the black community they arent smart enough to make it so they need all the left's useless programs. Candace Rocks !!!!
She really wants a permanent spot at Fox like Tomi Lahran but she is wayyyyy to ugly and looks like she stinks
I appreciate that. I offer the same to you. I generally agree. I'm not so sure common ground is many times not met; vs. common ground actually meeting, but not being admitted to as being met. I think pride gets in the way during a lot of debates. Many just can't admit to being wrong. First problem with these debates is not conceding to individual points of a debate. The offender will merely leave that sentence/point out of their reply to the post. This ties in with the above paragraph. Second problem is not really wanting to understand the other side...only wanting to voice our side, and condemn the other side. Third problem is not wanting to be questioned on our beliefs...only wanting to quickly voice our side, and quickly condemn the other side. Forth problem is not wanting to sufficiently explain our beliefs ...only wanting to voice our side, and condemn the other side. But I'm certain neither side will stop trying.
Tony - you continue to attack Candance Owen ( vilest person - that was a stretch). Yet you continue to fail to state what it is about her position that you find so upsetting. black leadership has completely failed their people. They have no positive message. Ms. Owens is saying that working on strengthening the family unit and put more emphasis on education are primary areas were blacks should put their energy. What is wrong with that?
I agree! One thing that helps is to focus on the issues and not the people. Focusing on the people just makes it a "whose side is this person on" determination before any real conversation can be had. Who cares what side they are on? There are idiots on all sides.
She takes money to say what racist conservatives want to publicly say but cant.I agree with Dave Chappelle ,I cant think of a worst way to make money
Are you saying this is wrong? Ms. Owens is saying that working on strengthening the family unit and put more emphasis on education are primary areas were blacks should put their energy. What is wrong with that? Not only is Candance Owens saying something that makes sense but Ms. Owens is saying it extremely well. She is an amazing speaker. America needs more people like Candance Owens.
