    What a cheap out
You made a good argument about business have lots of flexibility to restrict doing business
Since you brought up the legal point
You said a business can refuse service because of the politics of a customer...lol

Where did I say a business could break the law?
How much sense would that make?
    Are you slow?

And by the way, political affiliation is not whether or not you want a same-sex cake.

My posts from long ago, that you've unearthed, because I'm all up in your skull, were about political affiliation.

Well better to stop them young before they move on to more serious crime like jaywalking. :banghead:

On a more serious note this case brought the issue to the forefront in recent weeks in NC. I will note the police who issued this criminal summons received a lot of criticism from people on both sides of the aisle within our state over recent days.

But it brings up a more comprehensive issue about what is the minimum age where juveniles should be charged with crimes criminally. There is a proposal to change the age to 10 from 6 in our legislature which appears to have bipartisan support.

However I will note (as stated in the article) that most criminal charges against juveniles aged 6 to 11 come from schools. These instances usually involve situations where the juvenile attacked and seriously injured a school staff member. There was a local case where a 10 year old attacked a teacher putting her in a coma that is cited in conversations about schools making criminal referrals. Some say these referrals of juveniles aged 6 to 11 are racist while teachers say they are necessary to protect the staff from violent children.

  6. Ok but picking a flower on someone's front lawn causes you to be dragged into a court of law?? NC got some stiff laws down there.... God forbid he actually committed a real crime :)

it’s time for Republicans to “fight back” and push their own boycotts, which should be successful because “we have more people than they do—by far!” Trump called on supporters to “boycott Major League Baseball, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, ViacomCBS, Citigroup, Cisco, UPS, and Merck.” The former president went on to warn that the “radical left will destroy our country if we let them” and ended his message with a greeting: “Happy Easter!”
