"Cancel Culture" being used to describe AOC's attempts to identify the big GOP donors and raise a mob on the Internet to threaten them.... is not really an important part of this overall story... it is a tiny byline on some of the proposed directions to explain the situation which did not really take hold as part of the conservative election reform efforts.

So once again... if AOC threatening to cancel GOP donors is "Cancel Culture" -- explain to us how moderate Democrats wanting to threaten any large donor who donates to AOC's progressive causes to primary moderate candidates is not Cancel Culture.

public disclosure of big donors isn't a threat so I'm not sure what you're angling at.

Well then you better go explain that to the New Yorker and to AOC. After all she was making all the noise about identifying the big donors to hold them accountable.

  5. If you are a big donor there are no secrets and you should stand behind your large money donation...

Must have been hard on @gwb-trading when Cancel Culture got to Blockbuster Video, and VHS. We should have stopped Cancel Culture right then and there!

How many times do I have to mention that if someone is guilty of criminal acts then it is quite appropriate for employers to dismiss them. This is not "Cancel Culture" -- it is standard employment policy backed by law.

So is free speech backed by law?
Are the actions of the Dr. Seuss publishers backed by law?

What does being fired for criminal acts have to do anything with free speech.
