The truckers are part of a populist movement which makes the establishment of all parties nervous because they could end out as subject of their discontent at any time. That's their problem.

In regard to Trudeau, Ford, and all the rest saying the cannot tolerate some things that have happened, that is all horseshit. They can tolerate PLENTY if it is a lefty group and will be the first to argue that a few bad apples should not undermine the legitimacy of valid protests. Trudeau leans over backwards to point out that he loves BLM, unlike the truckers. Conveniently overlooking that fact that beaucoup ugly things happened as part of BLM protests. But, of course, BLM is not to be judged by their low-lifers, whereas truckers are.

Further, Ford says he is okay with the protests but they have gone on too long. Basically the same thing Trudeau complained about. Again, fuck you and the horse you rode in on political boy. You are not the decider of how long people may want to protest and in my area, the fact that people's lives are/were massively disrupted for months on end by lefty scum protesting, was not and is not even remotely a consideration. Because well, lefty lives matter.
